Jake A. is a senior account representative in the Green Infrastructure Division at Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI). Since his first day in 2017, his curiosity has driven him to where he is today. “I really enjoy the ever-changing nature of my job. One day I might be overseeing installation of highly specialized equipment and another sourcing the best 3D printer for a given application. No single day is the same as the next.”
His main function is to source and procure parts and services for his customer through interactive communications with engineers, maintenance and production personnel. “Through continuous activities like “GENBA” (site visits), we are able to provide the support our customers need.” Toyota Tsusho Canada provides ample opportunities for professional growth. Be it through formal education opportunities, or through handling larger and larger projects. “You truly feel that you are progressing in your career,” he claims.
